All bookings need to be signed by the renter.

1st Payment: 10% upon booking. Not refundable.
2nd Payment: 50% not later than 90 days before arrival. 
3rd Payment 40% plus €750 deposit not later than 30 days before arrival.

If cancellation not later than 90 days before arrival we will refund 30%.
If cancellation minimum 30 days before arrival we will try to rent out the property and we will refund 70% of paid ammount (each day) if we can rent any of your days
If cancellation we will always pay back the deposit if you have paid that yet.
